- If an
answering machine or voice mail picks up, you can leave a
pre-recorded automated message. Once the message starts
playing, your computer will begin dialing on the next
available line.
- If you get an
automated system or a live attendant, you can navigate
through the phone system to find who you are trying to
reach.
- Update client
information during the call in ACT! 2000.
- Send a fax or
email with a quote.
- Schedule call
backs.
- When you
receive inbound calls, SalesStationPro™ will immediately
display the appropriate customer's information using Caller
ID.
