Our hours of operation are 9:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. EST M-F. Order's placed after 3:00 P.M. will not be processed until the following work day. Email is answered between 9:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. EST M-F. Emails sent on Friday after 4:00 P.M. will not be answered until the following Monday. We can be reached by phone at (803) 749-8488 or at (803) 463-1600 Monday - Friday 9 A.M. - 5 P.M. EST

We make every effort to list all of our items accurately. Please read the product info carefully. We endeavor to list all available information in the listing, however, in some cases an item's specifications should obtained via the Internet for more complete specifications.

If you have any questions regarding a product please visit the manufacturer's web site or call their customer service before completing your order.

Shipping

USAutodialer does NOT ship to P.O. Boxes, APO and FPO addresses or Internationally. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges outside of the continental U.S.

LOCAL PICK-UP HAS A $40.00 CHARGE, MUST BE PICKED UP BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 12:00P.M.-4:00P.M. ITEM MUST BE PRE-PAYED BEFORE PICK-UP. PLEASE DO NOT PAY FOR PRODUCT RIGHT AWAY SO WE CAN ADJUST THE INVOICE ACCORDINGLY FOR LOCAL PICK-UP. ALSO NOTIFY US BY EMAIL OR PHONE OF LOCAL PICK-UP. SALES WILL ONLY BE SHIPPED TO THE CREDIT CARD BILLING ADDRESS.

If it is a PO Box you MUST email us at USAutodialer@sc.rr.com and provide us with a mailing address without a PO Box. This is for our consumer's protection and is a non-negotiable policy. You must include your COMPLETE address, including a contact PHONE NUMBER when completing your purchase. Failure to do so will only delay the arrival of your package.

Combined shipping may be available for some items, PROVIDED THAT THEY ARE ALL SHIPPING FROM THE SAME LOCATION. Please do not pay for items right away if you want combined shipping for your orders. If you would like 2nd day or Overnight please email us for a quote and we will adjust your invoice or bill for you for an additional cost if the item has already been paid for.

We only use FedEx, and UPS on request. We will not assign salvage values to products. Local taxes and tariffs are the responsibility of the buyer. THE METHOD THAT IS REQUIRED WITH OUR COMPANY CALLS FOR SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT, WE REQUIRE AN EMAIL OR PHONE CALL FOR NO SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT.

Items that are delivered No Signature Required may be left by UPS in an unsecured location around your home. Payment USAutodialer only accepts payments via PayPal, Master Card, Visa, Discover and AMEX.

Items will only be shipped to credit cards billing address, this is to protect against credit card fraud. If you would like the item to ship to another address, then you can contact your credit card company and request another shipping address be added to your account. This is a non-negotiable policy. The following City/State Sales Tax will be collected: AZ 8.25% CA 7.25% CT 6.00% NJ 7.00% OH 6.75% SC 7.00% TX 8.25% WA 8.25%

Warranty

Unless otherwise stated USAutodialer warrants 30-Day DOA from the date of shipment unless otherwise stated in the contract. Should product fail within this timeframe, a replacement part will be sent after the defective part is received. All warranty is provided by USAutodialer. We strive to list all our items accurately, however, some of our items may have cosmetic imperfections such as case scratches, minor blemish and discoloration due to normal wear and tear, that do not in any way affect the performance of the unit. For these reasons, our warranty only covers the operation of the item and not the cosmetics.

To request warranty work, you must contact USAutodialer with in the designated warranty period. If warranty work is required, USAutodialer will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. All items returned without an RMA Number will be refused and all warranty voided.

All requests for parts returns should be directed to our RMA Department at 803-749-8488 or 803-463-1600.

The RMA Department will verify the warranty status of the part on which you are requesting a return. Please provide as much information as possible to expedite the return and credit process, including the original purchase order and date the defective part was purchased.

When Returning Items Please: Include the Computer Service Parts RMA number on the paperwork you are returning with the shipment. Return items with the original packing in the original box Send returns prepaid using a traceable method. (UPS, FedEx, etc).

We are not responsible for items lost in transit. Please see our website for more information on our warranty.

Returns: USAutodialer accepts non-defective Part Returns if requested within the first 30 days of shipment. Non-defective Part Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
