Contact Dialing

Contact dialing with SalesStationPro (SSP) is easy!  Every time the agent changes information in Act!, SSP will update with numbers to dial.
 

SSP will adapt its features based on the data available in Act! If the customer has a valid fax number or email address the appropriate buttons on SSP become available to quickly send an email or fax.
