Sending Email

SSP adds authenticated outbound to Act!  Internet Service Providers (ISP's) worldwide are now making a username and password when sending email a requirement.  For years it has been common to find ISP's that do not require such authentication.  Act, by itself, has no mechanism to send authenticated email.  SSP adds this functionality to Act.


When a customer has a valid email address the email button will be enabled.  Clicking it will launch an ssMailer form, which will automatically input the contact information.

SSP email allows the agent to include an HTML body and attach multiple documents.  In addition, it allows the manager to create email templates with merge fields that allow the agent to send personalized outgoing email quickly without re-typing information.
