Sending Faxes

Faxing in SSP is simple!  It comes with a built in Fax Printer that can be used by any windows application to send documents directly to a fax modem or save a fax document.


View and print fax documents using the Fax Viewer.

If they customer has a fax number the Fax button will be enabled.  The agent needs to choose a fax document and press send.
