Sales Scripting

SSP comes with an enhanced RTF editor that the manager can use to create various documents and sales scripts that merge client data from Act!  The sales script is designed to encourage a consistent presentation while reducing agent fatigue.


A sales script can contain hyperlinks to other pages, faxes documents, email templates, and pre-recorded messages.  In some cases, the entire sales script could consist of pre-recorded messages, enabling the agent to play it instead of say it.  If the client interrupts, the agent can press the "Barge In" button to stop playing the message.
